Launching Jumat Jelantah

Launched our first Jumat Jelantah oil collection at Sekolah Bogor Raya, creating an accessible collection point for students, teachers, parents, and staff. Many people may want to dispose of their used cooking oil responsibly but lack a convenient system to do so.

Through regular collection points, we provide a practical solution while educating the community about the environmental problems of improper oil disposal and how UCO can be collected and repurposed as part of a circular economy.

June-Present — 2nd Oil Collection

Strengthening Sustainable Habits

Continued Jumat Jelantah with our second UCO collection at Sekolah Bogor Raya, strengthening the collection system established during our first collection.

By making UCO collection a recurring initiative, we encouraged the school community to develop more consistent and responsible disposal habits while demonstrating that used cooking oil can be transformed from waste into a valuable resource.
